Endolaser

Subcutaneous Laser (Endolift/ Endolaser/ Endoskin / Laserlift) is a minimally invasive in-office laser procedure used in Aesthetic Medicine. The treatment is a laser facelift.

After the application of local anaesthesia, a very thin optical fibre (0.4 mm) is introduced under the skin (subdermal). The wavelength of the Laser is 1470nm has an optimal interaction with water and fat, which activates neo-collagenase and metabolic functions in the extracellular matrix. This results in immediate retraction and contraction of the skin.

The Subcutaneous Laser has multiple purposes: remodeling the deep and superficial layers of the skin, toning, retracting the connective septa, stimulating collagen production and, when necessary, reducing excess fat. The main activity of the Laser is to promote skin tightening, that is, the retraction and reduction of skin sagging. The skin tension created is strictly linked to the selectivity of the laser used, that is, to the specific interaction of the laser light that selectively reaches two of the main targets of the human body: water and fat.
